Happy New Year, everyone! 

All of us lil' Heaven Devils have finished celebrating the holidays and are in full swing producing Mercy Sparx: No Mor Angels Left to Fall.

If you have been following my social media, you may have already seen some of the work in progress, but it hit me that I hadn't shared any of it here yet! We'll be doing more updates here on Kickstarter and showing off the book as things come together. So much contains teasers, so, sorry-not-sorry but we can't show that off . 

To say I'm nervous drawing Mercy Sparx myself, and following in the footsteps of Merhoff is an understatement, but I'm having fun putting my own twist on everything, and making this book 100% me. I've always seen the visuals of Mercy Sparx, in my head, as a sort of music-videos-come-to-life theme. It's weird having designed most of the characters in this comic, but never having drawn many of them since the first incarnation. One exception is Archangel Michael, who I only wrote a description of, and Matt came up with the rest on his own. I'd never drawn that fucker before - what a beast! But as is the case with all good designs, he looks dope in any style. 

Alright, y'all, back to comic-makin'! 

Until next time, I tease you with these lingering questions: 

•  What the hell has Mercy been doing for the last several years, since the defeat of Faustia? Where has she been? Has she done ANYTHING productive?
• What the Hell has everyone else been doing without Mercy and angel fights disrupting their lives? 
• Who is Heaven's newest target - Yesi, and what do they want with her?!
• Is Heaven still issuing paychecks every two weeks to its Earth agents, to cover rent, well whiskey and ramen?
• What is it about this new gig that could motivate Mercy enough to pull her out of retirement? 

These are pressing questions we all need answered! But only time will tell. Until then, enjoy these sneak peeks!
